We experienced a technical outage with one of our service providers, and as a result, major parts of the Coffitivity application were disrupted.

Our team actively monitored the situation and worked with the provider to understand the full impact.

We know interruptions like this are frustrating, and we truly appreciated your patience while service was being restored.

We shared updates with users as we learned more.
