Hacker Hack: Apple AirPlay for the iOS App!

So…we don’t support AirPlay yet. BUT, you can get around it. Here’s how!

Step 1: Load the Coffitivity app on your iOS device.

Step 2: Select your Coffitivity audio.

Step 3: Select your iTunes music.

Step 4: Make sure both tracks (or only one if that’s your preference) are playing.

Step 5: Lock your device via the physical lock button on your device.

Step 6: Double click your home button (with your device still locked) to pull up audio controls from the lock screen. The screen should read “Coffitivity” at the very top and show a volume bar.

Step 7: Tap the AirPlay icon from the right side of the lock screen to select the AirPlay device with which you wish to use Coffitivity.

Step 8: Unlock your phone and continue normal device usage, but with your audio playing through AirPlay!
