I didn't receive a confirmation email
What to do if your confirmation email doesn't arrive.
I signed up but never received a confirmation email
Confirmation emails usually arrive within a few minutes, but a few things can delay or hide them. Work through these steps before reaching out:
- Wait a few minutes. Delivery isn’t always instant, especially during busy periods.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Automated emails are often filtered there. If you find ours, mark it as “Not spam” so future messages land in your inbox.
- Search your mailbox for
coffitivity.comor for the senderno-reply@coffitivity.comin case the message was auto-sorted into another folder. - Confirm you used the right address. A small typo in your email at sign-up means the confirmation went somewhere else. Try signing up again with the correct address.
- Add us to your contacts. Adding
no-reply@coffitivity.comto your address book helps your provider trust our emails going forward.
