How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes:

1. Go to the log-in page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form.
3. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@coffitivity.com with a link to reset your password.
4. Click the link.
5. Enter your new password as well as a password confirmation. Your new password must be unique from your last password.

The reset link expired

For your security, the reset link is only valid for ten minutes. If too much time has passed, just start over from Forgot your password? and we’ll send a fresh link.

I didn’t get the reset email

Reset emails usually arrive within a minute. If yours hasn’t shown up, check your spam and junk folders and confirm you entered the same email address you used to sign up. The steps in I didn’t receive a confirmation email apply here too.
