How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time, and it only takes a moment:
- Sign in and go to your Account page.
- Find the Subscription section and click Manage Subscription.
- This opens our secure billing portal. Choose to cancel your plan and confirm.
What happens after I cancel?
Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing — you won’t be charged again. You’ll keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, so nothing changes right away. Your Account page will show the date your access is scheduled to end.
Once that date passes, your account simply returns to the free plan. You won’t lose your account, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
I’m still in my free trial
If you cancel during a free trial, your access ends and you won’t be charged. See Free trials and refunds for the details.
