How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a free trial so you can explore the full experience before paying anything. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you’ll have complete access to your plan’s features for the entire trial.
When the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your first payment is charged — there’s nothing extra you need to do to continue.
How do I make sure I’m not charged?
If you decide Coffitivity isn’t for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged at all. See Cancel your subscription for the steps. You’ll keep access for the remainder of the trial.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once your plan begins. If you cancel during the trial period, your payment method will not be charged. After the trial ends, we don’t provide refunds for partial subscription periods, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
