I can't hear any sound
Steps to try when Coffitivity isn't playing audio.
If you’ve pressed play but aren’t hearing anything, run through these quick checks. Most sound issues clear up in a minute or two.
Start with the basics
- Check your volume. Make sure the master volume in Coffitivity is turned up, and that your device and browser aren’t muted.
- Check your output. Confirm your headphones or speakers are connected and selected as your device’s audio output.
- Make sure it’s playing. Press the play button or tap the spacebar to confirm the sound isn’t paused.
If it still won’t play
- Reload the page. A refresh clears most temporary playback hiccups.
- Try another browser. Coffitivity works best in an up-to-date browser like Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Testing in a different one helps narrow things down.
- Allow audio. Some browser settings or extensions block sound from playing automatically — allow audio for coffitivity.com.
- Check your connection. Sounds stream over the internet, so a weak connection can interrupt playback.
